January National Blood Donor Month January is the beginning of a new year and the perfect time to start the year celebrating National Blood Donor Month. Due to increased seasonal illnesses during the winter months and inclement weather conditions, donations of blood and platelets decline, and demand increases. The American Red Ross and Blood Banks of America encourage everyone can donate to continue their donations.

I became a State Farm agent in 2018, after first joining the State Farm family as a team member back in 2007. Now I’m proud to serve the residents of Oxnard, CA and the surrounding areas, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Thousand Oaks, West Hollywood, Malibu and Ventura. My agency welcomes speakers of both English and Spanish, and handles homeowners and renters' insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, business insurance and more—including financial services.

My team and I make a habit of going above and beyond for our customers and our friends and neighbors in the community. We enjoy sharing what we know about managing everyday risks and setting up for the future, and we believe there’s no problem we can’t help you solve. We love being a resource and lifting up individuals and other local businesses, and we have a passion for helping people protect the people and things that matter most to them. I’m originally from Turlock in northern California, and I’m a graduate of California State University, Channel Islands, with a bachelor’s degree in cognitive psychology and behavioral therapy. I’m a former basketball player with a team mentality—I enjoy working with others and finding ways to combine our strengths and make each other better. In my free time, I love camping, fishing, biking, running, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy finding ways to improve things in our neighborhoods—I’ve been helping with food drives, sponsoring youth sports and scouting, speaking at networking events, and working with the Latino community.
